Slovakia is about to allow Tesla FSD. Is there a Tesla referral code for Slovakia?
The FSD news sent people looking for a Slovak referral code. Here's what we can and can't confirm, and the question to put to Tesla before you order.

What changed
We don't know of a Tesla referral page for Slovakia. None appears among the dozens of country addresses we track, so we can't tell you what a referral gives a Slovak buyer. The FSD news is about whether the feature may be used on Slovak roads, not about referrals. Before you order, ask Tesla which country's order page handles a Slovak delivery and whether a referral benefit applies there.
What happened
On Oct 8, 2026, Drive Tesla Canada and Tesla North both reported that Slovakia's Transport Minister, Jozef Ráž, said Slovakia would formally recognize the Netherlands' provisional approval of Full Self-Driving (Supervised). Tesla North reported that the ministry “will send a letter recognizing the Netherlands' Tesla FSD Supervised approval within days.” Drive Tesla Canada quoted the minister: “Once this letter is delivered, the FSD system will be available for use here as well. But remember: you're still the driver, and you're responsible for the car.”
According to Drive Tesla Canada, that would make Slovakia the ninth EU country to allow it, after Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Lithuania, the Netherlands and Slovenia. The approvals rest on a provisional authorization from the Dutch regulator RDW dated Apr 10. Bloc-wide approval hadn't come by Oct 8; the report says December is now the earliest chance.
FSD approval isn't a referral
A road-rules decision lets owners use a feature. It doesn't create a referral program, a referral page or a buyer benefit. Tesla runs referral pages country by country. What a referral gives you depends on that country's page and terms, not on which features are legal there.
In Europe that difference is plain to see. The referral benefit on the European pages we've read is free Supercharging distance, not an FSD trial. Our capture of Tesla's German page from Oct 1, 2026 showed 1,000 free Supercharging km. Slovakia's neighbors show the same kind of benefit:

Those are other countries' figures, on our dated copies. They don't tell you what a Slovak buyer gets. Not verified for your country — check with Tesla before you order.
Why we can't give you a Slovak answer
Tesla's referral pages list the country addresses each code works under — dozens of them. We track that list, and Slovakia isn't on it. That isn't proof Slovak buyers can never use a referral. It means we have no Slovak page to read, no Slovak terms and no Slovak figure. We won't guess one.
About the link on this page
Because Slovakia isn't on our list, the link on this page opens Tesla's US referral page for a visitor in Slovakia. The code is the same in every country; only the country part of the address changes. A US page shows US benefits for US orders. Don't order from it for a car delivered in Slovakia — ask Tesla first which country's page applies to you.
Who this affects
- People in Slovakia who searched for a referral code after the FSD news. There's no Slovak figure to print. Ask Tesla before you order.
- Slovak buyers taking delivery through a neighboring country. Ask Tesla which country's order page and terms apply, and whether a referral benefit applies on that order.
- Slovak Tesla owners. Tesla's terms tie the program to “the registration address of the referrer and buyer.” Whether you can share a referral link depends on what Tesla offers for your country. Check whether “Refer and Earn” appears in your Tesla app.
Sold codes
Don't buy a “code” from anyone. Tesla's terms say “selling or paying or offering incentives for use of referral links is not appropriate,” and that Tesla “will not honor referral links associated with” that behavior. A paid code can cost you the benefit it promised.
What to ask Tesla
Ask in writing, before you order, so the answer is on record:
Which country's order page handles my delivery in Slovakia?
That decides which country's referral page, if any, applies.
Does a referral benefit apply to my order, and what is it?
Ask for the benefit as Tesla will show it on the order summary.
If yes, which referral page should I order from?
Then open that page, configure from it, and order in the same visit.
What hasn't changed
FSD approval in Slovakia doesn't change the referral benefits in neighboring countries. Our captures still show 1,000 km of free Supercharging in Czechia and Austria. Wherever a referral does apply, the rules we've read hold. It has to be on the order before you place it. It's for a first qualifying Tesla only. And an owner who has referred 10 orders this calendar year passes on no buyer benefit.
What to do now
Ask Tesla which country's order page applies to you.
Do it in writing, before opening any referral link to order.
Ask whether a referral benefit applies there.
Get the benefit as it will appear on your order summary.
Order from that country's referral page only.
Check the country part of the address before you configure.
Never pay for a code.
Tesla says it will not honor links tied to paid incentives.
